User Deletion Policy

1. Submission of Deletion Request

Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data by sending an email to deletion@chocorewards with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and including sufficient information to verify their identity and ownership of the account.

2. Verification and Processing Period

Upon receipt of a valid deletion request, ChocoRewards will initiate a verification process to confirm the identity of the requester. Once verification is complete, the deletion request will be processed within fourteen (14) working days.

3. Permanent Deletion of Data

Following completion of the processing period, the user’s account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from ChocoRewards’ systems, except where retention is required by law, regulation, or legitimate business purpose (e.g., record-keeping for financial compliance).

4. Irreversibility

Once the deletion process is complete, the account and associated data cannot be restored. Users are encouraged to download or back up any personal data or content prior to submitting a deletion request.
